It is difficult to distinguish between power and corruption in South Korea because corruption is a serious problem, especially among the politicians. To improve the situation, the society must be reformed, and the politicians must change their attitudes and behave ethically in performing their duties. To eliminate corruption in South Korea, anti-corruption measures must be introduced, force must be used, and Koreans must change their tolerant attitude toward corruption. The author suggests that all three methods must be used to fight corruption.
