This study is on the manifestation stage of teaching-learning for creativity education. The manifestation stage of teaching-learning is to use the content of digging stage, arrange it systematically, and complete the arranged content for value to be developed. The manifestation stage is the activity to analyze, elaborate and synthesize the thinking and activities in the teaching-learning course, and it is the real stage to achieve the instructional objectives and create value. Therefore, for structured educational content, the manifestation stage of teaching-learning consists of teaching-learning course in 6 stages by elaborated sequences, and prerequisite learning sequencing, summarizers, synthesizers, analogies, cognitive strategy activators, and learner control. Stage 1 selects the type of organized teaching-learning content. Stage 2 develops organized structure and Stage 3 assigns the organized content to each elaborated level. Stage 4 assigns subsidiary content to the elaborated level and Stage 5 assigns all the content to each teaching-learning unit. Stage 6 achieves creative manifestation by the elaboration through the process to identify the sequences of all the content in each teaching-learning unit.
