The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching gymnastics to improve teachers' needs and to enable the status of self-awareness and self Scholarship Scholarship Scholarship for his gymnastics class of elementary school teachers for improvement. Elementary school teachers for a total of 300 people located in G metropolitan them (male: 150, female: 150), a convenience sample was extracted. Now we sincerely answer questions of non-final data processing for 289 people, excluding the data. As a result, first, in his scholarship for gymnastics lesson is the need to improve the effectiveness of treatment. Second, in his scholarship for gymnastics lessons to improve practice was lower castle. Third, primary jeonggyosa qualification training is a training mode for practice improvement in his scholarship for gymnastics classes, personal training, had been practiced through job training. Fourth, a burden of self-improvement gymnastics class scholarship for school work overload, injuries and physical burden, was a group-oriented scholarship activities. Fifth resolved in accordance with the gymnastics class improvement and zero were required to challenge the teacher level, school level, local education agency support level.
