한국애니메이션의 산업과 대학교육의 현황연구

A Study on the Animation Industry and University Education in Korea

세계애니메이션산업은 급변하는 매체환경에 따라 새로운 매체를 다룰 수 있는 전문인력의 필요성이 대두 되었고 이에 따라 산업과 교육의 연계가 강화되고 있다. 한국 또한 창작중심의 산업구조로의 전환과 대학교육은 대학 및 학제 간 특성화를 통해 전문창작 인력배출에 노력하고 있다. 이를 최근 통계 자료를 통해 애니메이션산업과 교육의 현황을 분석하여 바람직한 산업과 교육의 관계를 제안하고자 하였다.

The animation industry in the world is now in need of such special human recourses as are capable of treating new media to cope with the needs of its rapidly changing circumstances. Reinforced concurrently with this is collaboration between the industry and education. Korea also tries to convert the industry structure into a creation-centered one and produce creation-specialized experts through specialization in university education as well as its system. For that purpose, an analysis of recent statistics of the animation industry and education to propose ideal relationships between the industry and education.
