A Study on the Effected the Family Adaptability to Families Burden of Children with Disabilities

본 연구는 장애자녀를 양육하는 주 양육자의 양육부담감이 가족적응성에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 긍정적기여 인식의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 장애자녀가 있는 가족의 주 양육자 244명이다. 연구결과, 장애자녀를 양육하는 주 양육자의 양육부담감은 가족적응성에 통계적으로 유의미한 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 장애자녀를 양육하는 주 양육자의 긍정적기여 인식이 양육부담감과 가족적응성 간의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 양육부담감이 낮을수록, 긍정적기여 인식이 높을수록 가족적응성이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애자녀가 있는 가족의 가족적응성을 위한 양육부담감 경감과 긍정적기여 인식 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 가족의 사회적 부담을 경감시키기 위한 다양한 제도적 지원이 확대되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 장애인 가족에 대한 사회적 관심을 유도할 수 있도록 다양한 측면에서의 홍보가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 장애인 가족의 역량강화를 위한 공공과 민간 영역에서 다양한 프로그램 제공이 확대되어야 할 것이다

This study confirmed the mediating effect of the positive contributions recognized by the impact and their relationship to the family adaptability of parenting burden children with disabilities. These can be through support for family of children with disabilities. Collected a survey of 244 main of family care-givers. As a results, children with disabilities was found to be on a statistically significant negative impact on the parenting burden of children with disabilities, and care-givers positive contributions recognized disability children burden and showed that the relationship between the adaptive statistically significant mediating effect. Thus it can be seen that the lower the burden of raising a family, the higher the positive contributions recognized family adaptability families of children with disabilities increased. Based on these findings it was presented measures to alleviate the burden of raising awareness and positive contribution for family-based children s adaptability. First, it has to be expanded variety of institutional support to alleviate the social burden of the disabled family members. Second, the promotion will be done so in various aspects of empathy with the difficulties facing person with disabilities. Third, it has to be expanded offering various programs in the public and private sectors for the empowerment of disabled family members. Empowerment of disabled family members because the family will ultimately strengthen the adaptability disabilities.
