발달장애 자녀의 평생교육 프로그램 참여 동기와 만족도에 대한 부모 인식 분석

An Analysis of the Motivation and Satisfaction with Participation of Lifelong Education Program for Children with Developmental Disabilities Recognized by Their Parents

이 연구는 성인기 발달장애인 부모를 대상으로 평생교육 프로그램의 참여 동기 및 프로그램 운영에 대한 만족도를 분석하였다. 발달장애인 부모 175명의 설문조사 결과를 분석하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육 프로그램의 참여 동기를 조사한 결과 활동지향성 참여 동기가 가장 높은 점수를 나타냈고, 목표지향성 참여 동기, 학습지향성 참여 동기의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육 프로그램의 만족도를 조사한 결과 교육담당자에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로 교육방법에 대한 만족도, 이용방법에 대한 만족도, 교육내용에 대한 만족도의 순으로 나타났으며, 교육시설에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 셋째, 평생교육 프로그램 참여 동기 유형이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 활동지향형 동기가 높을수록 교육내용 만족도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 발달장애 학습자의 평생교육 참여 활성화 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

This study was implemented to analyze the motivation and satisfaction with the participation of lifelong education programs for people with developmental disabilities. For this study, 175 parents with developmental disabilities were participated. The main results are as follows. First, the results showed motivation related to activities was the highest among other motivations(goal orientation, learning orientation) in the survey of lifelong education program. Second, this survey showed that the highest satisfaction with the result was on the training personnel. Then the survey appeared in the order of satisfaction with the teaching methods, information for users and educational contents. The satisfaction on educational facilities was the lowest for satisfaction. Third, the higher the degree of motivation related to activities on lifelong education programs the higher the satisfaction of educational contents. Based on the above findings, Promotion plans on lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities were discussed.
