It is revision of Japan's employee invention system on 2015 that notably may attention among the foreign institutional improvement of employee invention system. Through this revision of it, the ownership principle was changed from employee to employer and separate guidelines for compensation about employee invention was provided in patent law. This improvement of employee invention system to reduce stiffness and relieve the legal uncertainty may be a good reference for revising our law of promotion invention in the future. But the revision of Japan's employee invention system is extraordinary then Japan will have to solve a variety of side effects through the operation of that system. Therefore I want to propose an amendment of our employee invention system of the korean invention promotion act reviewing the laws of foreign countries like German, etc. on succession of the right to receive patent and compensation system of job invention
