It deserves a positive assessment contributing to liquidate bureaucratic judicial culture, reduction of litigation costs, improvment of legal service and normalization of education in college. The defects of the system based on a transcendental should be confirmed and compensated through experiences. Even though there are severe conflicts between the interests, now, it is time to start discussing and sharing the defect of the system and addressing the deficiencies. because we ought to design the counterplan and secure the legitimacy This article starts from the doubt whether a law school has trained students to be professional and international competitive lawyers, or to be a immature lawyers who are poor at basic law and legal theory or who lack legal mind but simply memorize precedent.
