Circuit Court system of China Supreme People's Court

Based on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chinese courts have launched a new round of judicial system reform. The trial of the Supreme People’s Court established a judicial system with appropriate separation of administrative divisions, set up the first and the second circuit court. This article discusses the concept of the establishment of the circuit court system, the background source, the scope of application and the nature of its functions and so on, to compare with other similar circuit court system of China’s Circuit Court. The system shows the idea of China’s Supreme People’s Court’s judicial system and the improvement of the efficiency of litigations, efforts to make people feel fair and justice in every case. The establishment of China’s Supreme People’s Court circuit court system has important theoretical valve and practical significance.
