중국 환경보호법 개정에 따른 우리나라 환경기업의 중국 진출 전략에 관한 연구

A Study on Entry Strategies for Korean Environmental Enterprises after China’s Environmental Protection Law Revision

China has achieved a rapid economic growth for the past 30 years, which also leads to a exponential growth of natural resource and energy consumption. It causes serious environmental problems. Thus, recently, the Chinese government revised the environmental protection law for strengthening environmental regulations, and executing policies to encourage environmental protection. Therefore, China’s fast-growing environmental market is known as one of the most potential environmental markets in the world. Korean environmental enterprises should rapidly recognize and analyze the changes of China’s environmental protection law and various policies. In this study, we try to analyze and conduct a research on China’s new environmental protection law and policies, then analyze overseas expansion status of Korean environmental enterprises, from some successful entry examples to find entry strategies for Korean environmental enterprises and Korean government. We also want to give them insight for their future investments on China’s environmental market.
