『論語會箋』 의 저자 竹添進一郞 考察

Study on the Rongo-kaisen (論語會箋) and the author Takezoe Shinichirou(竹添進一郞)

이 논문은 明治時代 관료요 論語會箋 을 저술한 竹添進一郞(1842~1917)을 고찰한 것이다. 竹添進一郞은 甲申政變 당시 朝鮮辦理公使로 와있던 외교관이다. 본고에서는 그의 생애와 갑신정변 당시의 그의 행적을 추적하였다. 또한 그의 학문 형성의 배경을 탐지하기 위해 스승 木下韡村을 비롯한 동문들을 살펴보았다. Ⅱ장을 통해 竹添進一郞을 둘러싼 伊藤博文, 後藤象二郞, 井上馨, 井上毅, 井上角五郞 등의 인물이 갑신정변을 이해하기 위한 주요 인물이며, 그럼에도 불구하고 그들의 학문과 사상 및 서로간의 관계망에 대한심층 연구가 결여되어 있다는 문제를 발견하였다. 이를 바탕으로 井井의 학문 형성의 배경으로서 주변 인물 및 정치 활동에서의 주변 인물들에 대한고찰이 필요하다는 문제의식을 제기하였다.

This paper is a review of his life and writing Rongo-kaisen(論語會箋) of Takezoe Shinichirou(竹添進一郞: 1842~1917) who was the Meiji era officials and scholar. Takezoe Shinichirou was diplomat dispatched to Chosun in Gabsin(甲申) Coup. ChapterⅡ discussed his whereabouts at the time of his life and Gapsin Coup. Also looked at the alumni including, teacher Kinosita Ison(木下韡 村) to understand the background of the academic formation of his academic background. And this chapter found that there was a lack of in-depth study of their studies and ideas and interrelationships, although Itō Hirobumi(伊藤博文), Gotō Shōjirō(後藤象二郞), Inoue Kaoru(井上馨), Inoue Kowashi(井上毅), Inoue Kakugorō(井上角五郞), including Takezoe Shinichirou were key figures to understand the Gapsin coup. Based on this, the issue was raised that awareness of the need to review the people around him as a background study of the formation and political activities.
