우리나라 군조직의 e-Learning 활성화 방안

A Study on Activation Measures of e-Learriing in the Republic of Korea's Military Organizations

본 연구는 우리 군 장병의 e-Leafning 교육 활성화를 위한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 현재 e-Leaming 교육에 대한 설문조사를 통해 우리나라 군 조직에 서의 e-Ieafning 교육의 문제점을 분석하고 이러한 분석을 토대로 우리 군 장병의 e-Leaming 교육 활성화를 위한 정책적 대안을 제언하였다. 첫째, 제도적인 측면에서 군조직 환경에 맞는 새로운 이러닝 시스템의 개발 및 구축이 필요하다. 둘째, 군 이러닝의 운영에 따른 문제를 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 보완시스템의 구축과 더불어 인식 교육이 철저히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 군 이러닝의 운영과 내용이 군 현실에 부합되고 이러닝 학습자의 요구에 맞게 구성되어야 할 것이다, 넷째, 이러닝 과정 운영 측면에 있어서도 이러닝 학습자의 과제가치가 수강할 과정을 선택하는 데에 충분히 반영될 수 있도록 해주어야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 기술적인 측면에서 이러닝 학습장비, 시설, 이용환경 등을 확대하여 이러닝 교육이 일부 한정된 지역이나 계충에게만 제공되는 것이 아니라 전군적인 차원에서 진행할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

This study is to suggest a measure in order to revitalize c-Learning education in the Republic of Korea's military. That is to focus on proposal for achieving successful c-Learning training and to provide a measure for how an efficient educational training has to be organized. In order to achieve the study's objective, it is to analyze problems in e-Learning in the Republic of Korea's military organization through surveys on current c-Learning education. Implied meaning of this study, First, it is necessary to develop and build a new e-Learning system that is appropriate for military organization in institutional aspect. Second, it is necessary to implement thorough awareness training in addition to constructing security system in order to prevent problem in employment of military c-Learning in advance. Third, in respect to system contents, management and contents should be suitable for military environment and organized in accordance to the learners. Fourth, learners' task values must be reflected as they choose a course. Prerequisite and elective courses should be properly coordinated so that spontaneity and variety in selecting courses will be provided. Fifth, in a technical perspective, not only a portion of a region or a certain level should benefit from e-Learning, but also the entire military should be able to take advantage of it by expanding equipment, facility, and environment. Furthermore since it is designed for use inside of military organization, establishing organized condition for learning activity is essential.
