국민기초생활보장수급자의 복지서비스 욕구와 만족도에 관한 연구

A Study on the needs and satisfaction for welfare services of the National Basic Livelihood Security recipients -Focusing of Kyungsangbukdo Province-

본 연구는 경상북도 국민기초생활보장수급자들의 서비스 욕구와 만족도를 분석하여 서비스 제공에 활용하는 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 조사는 2009년 8월 24일부터 9월 4일까지 이루어졌으며, 구조화된 설문지를 통해 설명한 후 방문면접을 실시하였다. 총 1,200부중 회수된 설문지는 1,080부며, 이중 1,045부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 국민기초생활보장 수급자의 복지서비스 서비스 욕구는 요인별에 다소 분포에 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있으며, 복지서비스에 대해 서는 전반적으로 만족하는 응답율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국민기초생활보장수급자들이 기초 생활보장수급자에서 벗어나고자 하는 의식에 있어 전체적인 문제인식 정도는 수급생활을 탈피하고자 하는 적극적인 의사가 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 복지시책에 대한 욕구조사에서는 생계와 관련된 경제적인 문제를 우선으로 생각하고 있고 경제적인 문제는 의료적, 주거적, 자녀교육의 문제와도 관련 이 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 국민기초생활보장수급자들의 서비스 만족도는 수급자의 성별, 소득활동, 월생활비 요인에 따라 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 특히 성별과 소득활동은 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study, the national basic livelihood security recipients to analyze the satisfaction of the service needs and provide appropriate services to seek ways to take advantage of the aims. The subjects of the national basic livelihood security recipients to analyze a variety of services to the needs and satisfaction of residence in Kyungsangbukdo province national basic livelihood security recipients to the head of household and the population sample was extracted. Study period, 2009 August 24 to September 4 were performed using a structured questionnaire survey as a tool of Kyungsangbukdo province with the help of public social workers surveyed in a questionnaire after the visit explained, were investigated by interview. A total of 1,200 questionnaires, except for meaningless data over 1045 data were used. To summarize the results of this study, First, the general characteristics of the subjects examined the gender, age, number of family members living together, living area, housing type, income, activities, monthly living expenses, household types, and each factor somewhat, depending on the Health status could indicate differences. Second, the national basic livelihood security recipients to break away from their demand that life was no commitment. Needs for welfare policies related to the livelihood and economic problems and consider the first and the medical and economic problems, children's education problems and may also indicate related. Third, the National Basic Livelihood Security recipients and welfare services to the satisfaction survey that was dedicated to the welfare of original official documents showed the highest satisfaction.
