본 연구는 여성결혼이민자의 교육프로그램 참여만족도를 파악하고, 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 여성결혼이민자의 참여현상을 이해하고, 참여만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스 개발과 대책마련을 위한 기초자료를 제시 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여성결혼이민자 127명을 대상으로 교육프로그램 참여의 일반적인 특성을 파악하고, 참여특성과 참여만족도와의 차이, 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 참여정도와 참여저해요인의 상호연관성을 분석하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the major factors affecting the participation satisfaction level in educational programs for the married female immigrants' and provide the basic data and information necessary for the educational program development. The data collection for this study was conducted from the day 7 to 15 in April 2010. and I visited 4 educational centers located in Daegu city directly and collected data By considering that the research subjects are foreign women, the questionnaire was written by translating into Chinese and English that are native languages of Chinese and Philippines women that occupy the most percentage in the married female immigrants'. Total 127 questionnaires were collected. The collected questionnaire conducted the analysis of frequency, t-test, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA and a Pearson's correlation analysis by using SPSS / WIN 1&0 statistical program. The research results of this study are as follows: First, the result of considering the difference in the participation satisfaction level in educational programs of the married female immigrants' showed that there was a significant difference in the age, participation motive, participation program, and participation time. And there wasn't any significant difference in the nationality, job, education background, marriage period, monthly income, Korean language ability, participation organizations, participation period, and participation frequency. Second, participants who have a learning-oriented and a goal-oriented motive want to study more time than activity-oriented participants. The participants who have an activity-oriented motive appeared that the lack of understanding of the family and the neighborhood is higher than participants who have learning-oriented and goal-oriented motive. Third, the mutual relation for an estimate of a variable affected on the participation satisfaction of the married female immigrants' showed that the lack of understanding of family, economic burden, lack of time, insufficient learning information and the educational institution, insufficient social help for childcare and household duties, afraid of learning disabilities, lack of understanding for necessity of the program, and participation time had significant effect participation satisfaction. Therefore, the educational programs for the married female immigrants' in order to improve participation satisfaction are to be considered the age, duration of marriage, national origin, participation motive participation obstacles. And also a variety of program planning and the development of teaching methods will be required to support them with facilities and equipment, transportation convenience, staff services and their relationships.
