경산 자인단오제의 네트워크 특성 분석

A Study on Analysis of Characteristics of Network of the Jain Dano Festival in Gyeongsan

본 연구의 목적은 경산 자인단오제의 네트워크 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 경산 자인단오제에 참여하는 기관의 네트워크 구조를 자금, 물적, 인적, 정보, 평가, 홍보의 6대 기능으로 분류하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 경산 자인단오제와 관련한 기관들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였는데 43개 기관을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 39개를 회수하였다(회수율 90.7%). 그리고 경산 자인단오제의 네트워크 특성을 살펴보기 위해 UNICET 6을 이용하였다. 경산 자인단오제의 네트워크 특성에서 접촉빈도, 지속성, 영향력은 경산자인단오보존회와 경산시청이 가장 높게 나타났으며 중심성은 경산자인단오보존회와 경산문화원이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 협력ㆍ갈등ㆍ경쟁의 정도에서 협력정도와 신뢰도가 높게 나타났다. 네트워크 기여도에서는 정보교류와 홍보가 높았고 우선순위는 자금지원이 가장 높게 나타났다. 네트워크 특성을 살펴보면 자금, 물적, 정보, 홍보 네트워크는 방사형 구조로 형성되었으며 참여기관이 다양하였다. 특히 네트워크 활동의 중심은 경산자인단오보존회, 경산시청 한국예총 경산지회로 나타났다.

The study aims to analyze characteristics of network of the Jain Dano Festival. The network structure of organizations which participates in the festival were positively analyzed with six factors of fund, physical element, human element, information, evaluation and public relations. In order to do so, the survey on organizations related to the festival was conducted. Questionnaires were sent to 43 organizations and 39 were recovered (90.7%). And then for reviewing network characteristics of the festival, UNICET 6 was used. With regard to network characteristics of the Jain Dano Festival in Gyeongsan, frequency of contact, continuity and effect were highest in Gyeongsan Jain Dano Festival Conservation Association and Gyeongsan City Hall while centrality was highest in Gyeongsan Jain Dano Festival Conservation Association and Gyeongsan Cultural Institute. For degree of collaboration, conflict and competition, collaboration and reliability were highest. For network contribution, sharing information and public relations were highest and its priority was supporting fund. For network characteristics, networks for fund physical element, information and public relations were formed in radical shape and the participants were various. Especially, the centers of network activities were Gyeongsan Jain Dano Festival Conservation Association, Gyeongsan City Hall and Gyeongsan Branch of the Federation of Korean Artistic and Cultural Organization.
