사회적기업 육성을 위한 정책방안 모색

A Policy Direction for Fostering Social Enterprise

한국의 사회적기업은 취약계층에 대한 고용 활성화라는 측면에서의 사회복지적 의미를 지닌 동시에, 사회복지서비스의 주요한 제공 주체로 부상할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 사회적기업의 성장가능성 등에 대한 면밀한 분석과 점검이 필요하다는 인식하에 본 연구에서는 사회적기업이 어떻게 운영되고 있는지를 보다 상세하게 파악하는 데 중점을 두었다. 이와 더불어 유럽국가의 지원 정책을 비교분석한 내용을 바탕으로 우리나라 사회적기업이 지속가능한 운영구조를 갖기 위해서 필요한 지원 내용과 제도적 개선 사항을 도출하였다.

Social welfare service sector in South Korea, particularly social services supply regions are facing rapid change. And social enterprise is being expected as a scheme that makes an employment creation and activates social services. The purpose of this study is to find the implication about the government policy of western advanced countries. And also focused on determining how social enterprise is being operated. The comparative analysis is employed to find out some practical lessons for more effective operational systems for Korea's social enterprises.
