대학 캠퍼스 외부시설이 지역커뮤니티형성에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Effects of campus's external facilities on a local community

본 연구는 대학캠퍼스 외부시설이 지역커뮤니티형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석한 논문으로 문헌연구를 통해 캠퍼스 외부시설의 속성 즉, 개방성, 접근성, 교류성, 연계성, 위계성 등 요인으로 설정하였고, 지역커뮤니티 형성에 관한 속성인 공동체성, 지역성, 유기체성을 중심으로 검토하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 이론적 논의를 통해 선행연구를 고찰하고, 연구모형과 가설을 설정한 후 가설의 검증을 위해 전남대학교 용봉캠퍼스를 설문장소로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가설을 검증하기 위해 캠퍼스 외부시설의 속성요인과 지역 커뮤니티형성의 속성요인간의 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증분석을 수행하였다.

In this study, we set the openness, accessibility, exchange, connectivity and hierarchy as an attribution factor of campus facility. And the communal character, locality and organic vitality were determined as an factor forming local community. The both research model and hypotheses have been set considering the preceding research and background of study. Then we conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the hypotheses at the Yong-Bong campus, Chonnam National University. As a last stage, we performed multiple regression analysis between attribution factor of campus facility and local community for empirical analysis.
