Ecofeminism can be studied in terms of feminism and environmentalism perspective. Ecofeminism represents two concerns of ecology and feminism in anthropocentric and androcentric society. They insist that women's bodies are closely integrated with the exploitation of the natural environmental system. It is said that women were the spirit-mediums and guardians of the land and human originally. Therefore ecofeminist argue that we should be more eco-centric, and keep our environment healthy. Morrison frequently use significant elements of nature-water, fire, soil, air and women-nature connected images and patterns in Sula. Eventually, through the analysis of the relationship between the protagonists and nature in Sula, it can be figured out that all the elements, including human beings, are parts of nature and should follow its rule to keep the balance among species. That's why the connections of Sula and ecofeminism should be examined.
