Explore the state of society can get information from the perspective of "Circles". And "Circles" is a social phenomenon existing between formal and informal organization. A comprehensive understanding of "Circles" can supply certain help to future research and enterprises with some theoretical support. This study looks through the domestic and foreign literatures, and make theoretical knowledge and research objects in arrangement. The results of this study show that the domestic scholars concentrate their studies on "Circles" of organization and Internet, while the foreign scholars pay attention on interpersonal relations state and psychological state of individual. The present researches lack of empirical research on "Circles" and how to make the best of mobile social network to do marketing activities is also a meaningful question. "圈子"是探究社会状态的一个角度, 它是一种社会现象, 存在于正式组织和非正式组织之间。对"圈子"的全面认识, 能给学者的未来研究提供一定帮助以及给企业实践提供理论支持。本研究通过查找国内外的相关文献, 梳理了"圈子"的理论知识体系及学者研究关注点。研究结果显示, 国内学者的研究关注点倾向组织和网络方面, 而国外的研究关注点更多的是人际状态以及个人心理状态。现有的研究对于"圈子"的实证研究较少, 并且企业或个人如何更好地利用移动社交平台中的圈子进行营销活动也是一个值得探讨的问题。
