기업재난관리자 양성을 위한 기초연구

A Basic Study on Activation for Enterprise Disaster Manager

기업재난관리자는 기업의 재난관리를 통한 재해경감활동관리체계를 구축, 진행, 유지할 수 있는 전문인력으로서 기업의 사업연속성확보를 위해 필수적인 직무를 갖춘 인적자원이다. 현재 기업재난관리자는 인증된 교육기관을 통해 배출되고 있지만 교육기관의 숫자 및 교육과정 운영이 매우 저조한 상황이다. 이 상황을 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 규정의 적극적 활용과 타 부처의 제도인 국가직무능력표준을 활용한 기업재난관리자 양성 활성화의 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Enterprise Disaster Manger is the human resource equipped with essential competency for enterprise business continuity as a pro-fessional planning, implementing and maintaining through the enterprise business continuity management system. Currently, even though it is generated for enterprise disaster manger by accredited academy, the number of academy and opened classes are very inac-tive. As the way to overcome this situation, the study intend to propose the positive use of national regulation and the utilization of NCS(National Competency Standard) for disaster manger by MOEL(Ministry of Employment and Labor).
