물류프로세스에서 LSR이 물류성과에 미치는 영향

Impacts of LSR on Logistics Performance in Logistics Process

본 연구에서는 운송, 보관, 하역, 포장 등의 물류프로세스에서 환경, 인권, 지역사회 및 자선과 같은 요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. CSR, PSR 및 LSR과 관련된 선행연구를 토대로 연구모델과 가 설을 설정하고, 물류 분야 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시 하고, 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 물류프로세스에서 인권과 지역사회 요인은 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 환경과 자선 요인은 물류성과 에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 운송, 보 관, 하역, 포장 등의 물류프로세스에서 환경유해요소의 배출 감소, 포장재 재사용, 에너지 효율 향상 등 지속적인 개선활동이 필요 하다. 둘째, 물류기업 종사자에 대한 인권은 물류성과에 영향을 미칠 만큼 중요한 책임활동이므로 종사자들의 근무여건이나 복리 후생에 더 많은 관심을 가져야 한다. 셋째, 물류기업에게 지역사회는 우호적 동반자 관계가 될 수도 있고, 적대적인 민원관계가 될 수도 있으므로 물류활동으로 인한 지역사회의 문제를 최소화함과 동시에 지역 자선단체 및 지역주민과의 우호적인 관계 유지 가 필요하다. 넷째, 물류기업은 자선단체, 문화예술단체 등에 대한 기부 및 봉사활동 등을 지속적으로 실천하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of LSR(Logistics Social Responsibility) such as environment, human right, community and philanthropy on logistics performance in logistics process of transport, storage and package, and to suggest implications of LSR. Based on previous studies related to CSR, PSR and LSR, this establishes research model and hypothesis, and surveys the employees who work in field of logistics. To analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model are applied. In results, human right and community have significant positive effect to logistics performance, but environment and philantrophy rarely give meaningful effect to logistics performance in logistics process. Minimization of environmental hazards, security of human right of logisticians, enlargement of interests and supports in community, practice of donation and volunteer work to charity are needed in the process of logistics for corporate social responsibility in logistics and improvement of logistics performance.
