고등학교 직업교육의 교육서비스품질, 직무능력유용성, 교육만족도 간의 관계에 대한 연구

A Study on the Relationship among the Quality of Education Service of High School Vocational Education, the Usefulness of Job Capability, and the Satisfaction about Education

본 연구는 고등학교를 졸업한 후 취업한 재직자를 대상으로 고등학교 직업교육의 교육서비스품질과 직무능력유용성, 교육만족도 간의 관계를 확인하여 고등학교 직업교육의 개선점 또는 방향성을 모색하고자하는 것이 주요한 목적이다. 이를 위하여 주요 연구변수들 간의 가설을 수립하고 검정을 한 결과는 다음 같다. 첫째, 가설 1의 검정으로 교육서비스품질은 직무능력유용성에 정(＋)의 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 교육서비스품질 수준이 높을 경우 직무능력유용성을 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 가설 2의 검정으로 교육 서비스품질은 교육만족도에 정(＋)의 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 교육서비스품질 수준이 높을 경우 교육만족도 역시 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 직무능력유용성은 교육만족도에 정(＋)의 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 직무능력유용성의 수준이 높은 경우 교육만족도를 높게 지각한다. 넷째, 교육서비스품질 요인들이 직접적으로 교육만족도에 정(＋)의 영향을 미칠 수 있지만 직무능력유용성의 매개변수 역할을 통해 더 높은 교육만족도를 달성할 수 있다. 부가적으로 공업고와 일반고 졸업생들 간의 교육서비스품질, 직무능력유용성, 교육만족도에 대한 차이를 비교하였으나 유의한 차이 수준을 보이지 않았다. 따라서 고등학교에서 시행하는 직업교육 서비스품질이 높을수록 지각하는 직무능력유용성과 교육만족도의 수준 역시 높으며, 직무능력유용성의 제고를 위하여서는 국가직무능력표준에 맞추어 고등학교의 직업교육 서비스품질이 제고되어야 한다는 것을 제시한다.

With the hope of improving the quality of education service of vocational education in high school and raising satisfaction about education, this study aims to enhance usefulness of job capability, in other words, to improve high school vocational education so it can be useful for actual work, and eventually to search a way to raise competitiveness of schools. To this end, hypotheses among research variables were made and tested and the result is as follows. First, the test of hypothesis 1 showed that the quality of education service had a positive effect on the usefulness of job capability. So if the quality of education service is high, the usefulness of job capability can be raised. Second, the test of hypothesis 2 showed that the quality of education service had a positive effect on the satisfaction about education. So if the quality of education service is high, on the satisfaction about education can go up. Third, the usefulness of job capability had a positive effect on the satisfaction about education. So if the usefulness of job capability is high, one has high level of satisfaction about education. Fourth, the quality factors of education service can have a positive effect on the satisfaction about education but with the parameter of the usefulness of job capability, even higher satisfaction about education can be achieved. Additionally, the quality of education service, the usefulness of job capability, and the satisfaction about education between technical high schools and general high schools were compared but no significant difference was found. Therefore, higher quality of education service of vocational education performed at the high school is high also the level of perceptual usefulness of job capability and educational satisfaction, In order to enhance the usefulness of job capability suggests that be quality of education service of vocational education at the high school increase according to National Competency Standards do.
