생태체험학습과 생태미술교육의 방향 탐색

An Inquiry of Ecological Experience Learning and an Approach to Ecological Art Education: Focusing on Learners Ecological Susceptibility

생태체험은 농촌, 도시, 공원, 호수, 바닷가, 들, 숲, 강, 습지 등 다양한 장소에서 행해진다. 생태미술교육은 자연과 인간의 문제, 미술과 인간의 문제 등을 다루며 그기저에는 생명이라는 존재가 자리한다. 오늘날 세계는 환경황폐화, 대기오염, 수질오 염, 홍수피해, 산림벌채, 생물의 다양성 상실, 기후온난화 등 산적한 문제를 안고 있다. 생태미술교육은 생명교육으로 전통적인 생태학과 더불어서 사회문화적 차이, 환경황폐화 등에 기여하는 사회적 문화적, 생태학적 쟁점을 고려한다. 생태미술교육은 생명, 생태, 자연, 그리고 문화를 다루면서 융․복합 또는 통합교과로 접근되는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 생태를 중심으로 인터넷과 스마트폰, 이미지에 익숙한 학생들에게 지속가능한 교육의 일환으로 생태적 시각을 심어주고 생태적 가치관을 향상 시키며 생태적 감수성을 일깨우는 생태체험학습과 생태미술교육의 방향을 논의하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 생태의 개념, 생태체험학습, 장소기반 생태미술교육에 대한 논의를 전개한다. 둘째, 생태미술과 생태미술교육의 방향 등을 제시한다.

Ecological art education deals with the matter of men and nature along with issues of men and art, which are based on the existence of whole lives. Nowadays the world is facing environmental devastation, air pollution, water pollution, deforestation, loss of biodiversity and climate change. Ecological art education which is nothing but a life education, along with the traditional ecology, strongly considers social, cultural and ecological issues which contribute to bringing cultural differences and mitigating environmental abandonment. Ecological art education concerns about ecology, nature and culture, necessarily applying to interdisciplinary or multiple disciplinary teaching and learning methods. The purpose of this study is to discuss both the bearings of ecological experience learning and ecological art education as a part of education for sustainable development. The ecological art education is expected to implant learners ecological perception, to improve learners ecological view point of value, and to awaken learners ecological susceptibility.
