Substance to handle in this treatise is the desirable education of child art for the development of creative mind. The purpose of research is studying the most effective education of child art for creativity education, recognizing the importance of education for creative mind that is required in age of 21st century information and cuiture. Asserting necessity of child art education for creative mind development as research substances, at the same time unfolded the reasonable and specific logic about desirable education of child art. Necessity of child art education was studied in order of comprehension of child art education, child s developmental stage and art expression, and logical access of child art education in detail. And desirable education of child art was studied by psychological comprehension of child paintings, education of child art that prepares for age of culture, desirable education of child art and the theory of teacher etc., systematized theoretically about the importance of child art education and desirable child art education. In conclusion, asserted the importance of child art education as education to encourage creative mind that is required in age of 21st century information and culture. Through systematic research of child art education, made objective logicmodel of child art education. And offered theoretical system of child art education for promotion of creativity, clearing that it is necessary education for information and culture age coming near. Finally arranged so that it will be able to become research substance that contribute to making a leading part of information and culture age through desirable child art education.
