비디오 또래모델링이 지적장애학생의 밥짓기 기술에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Video Peer-Modeling on the Rice Cooking Skills for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

음식 조리기술은 인간이 건강하게 살아가며 생명을 유지하는데 직결되므로 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 비디오 또래모델링 재를 통해 지장애학생의 밥짓기 기술을 향상시키는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 특수학교에 재학 중인 지적장애 고등학생 3명이며, 대상자간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하여 기초선, 중재, 유지 일반화의 단계로 진행하였다. 3명의 지적장애학생은 또래 여학생이 성공적으로 밥짓기 기술을 수행하는 모습이 담긴 동영상으로 비디오 또래모델링 중재를 받았다. 18단계로 과제분석된 밥짓기 기술에서 각 단계마다 학생들의 정반응과 오반응을 기록하여 수행률을 산출하였다. 그 결과, 학생 3명 모두 밥짓기 기술 습득에서 18단계의 모든 단계를 100% 수행하고 중재 종료 2주 후에 실시한 유지 및 일반화 단계에서도 유의미한 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 비디오 또래모델링이 지장애학생의 밥짓기 기술을 가르치는데 효과적인 교수방법이 될 수 있음을 확인하다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the video peer- modeling on the acquisition of the rice cooking skills. The experiment was conducted in both classroom and housekeeping room in the special education school. The participants of this study were three high school students with intellectual disabilities. For this study, a multiple probe design across participants was used to identify a potential functional relation between independent and dependent variables. The independent variable is the implementation of video peer-modeling, the dependent variable of this study was the percentage of the target tasks completed by the three participants independently and accurately. The results of this study demonstrated that the video peer-modeling is effective to teach the cooking skills for the students with intellectual disability. All three participants performed the cooking procedures accurately after the intervention was implemented. Additionally, the effects of the video peer-modeling are maintained and generalized on the cooking skills in the follow-up and generalization phases.
