장애인 활동보조인의 갈등경험이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Conflicts Experience on Job Satisfaction in Personal Assistants for the Disabled: The Moderating Effect of Achievement Motivation

본 연구는 장애인 활동보조인이 인지하는 갈등경험과 직무만족 간 관계에서 성취동기의 조절효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 전북지역 장애인 활동보조인 260명의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 주요 연구방법은 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 장애인 활동보조인의 갈등경험과 직무만족 간 관계에서 성취동기의 유의한 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이를 바탕으로 장애인 활동보조인의 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 정책적 제안을 제시하였다.

This paper examines the relationship between conflict experience and job satisfaction in personal assistants for the disabled, explores the moderating effect of achievement motivation on those relationships, and suggests practical implications for social work services for personal assistants for the disabled. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 278 personal assistants for the disabled. After collected data were analysed by moderated multiple regression, we reached two major conclusions. First, this study provided clear evidence that conflict experience was a very important variable that affected psychological well-being in adolescence. Second, achievement motivation had a moderating effect on relationship conflict experience and job satisfaction in personal assistants for the disabled. Based on these findings reinforcing the importance of job satisfaction and achievement motivation, we suggest effective intervention programs.
