인적자원개발을 위한 학교기업

School-based Enterprises for Human Resources Development

본 연구는 우리 나라 실업계 고등학교에서의 학교기업 운영 현황을 보다 심층적으로 분석하기 위하여 계열별 특성을 고려한 실태 조사를 수행하였다. 또한 우리 나라 실업계 고등학교와 유사한 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 미국의 고등학교 사례를 종합 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 토대로 실업계 고등학교 학교기업 운영에 필요한 법적 및 제도적 개선 방안으로 단위학교 회계내의 특별회게 운영 및 복식부기 제도 도입 등을 제시하였다.

This study is to analyze case examples of foreign countries which run similar programs to vocational high schools of Korea and to extract implications from it. In addition, to analyze in more detail operational status of school-based enterprises at Korea vocational high school, we conducted case studies and current status analysis to identify their problems, and proposed improvement plans based on it. In conducting this study, we analyzed relevant research paper and data as a preliminary method and did further study such as survey, interview, expert committee and policy debate.
