차세대 신기술 개발에 따른 경제성 편익 분석

Economic Benefit Analysis for New-Technology Development

사회간접자본 시설 사업에 대하여 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 의사결정기법을 활용하지 못하고 초기투자비만 검토하고 건설 사업을 시행하여 왔다. 이러한 기술개발 프로젝트에 생산성 및 효율성을 감소시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 본 연구는 대규모 첨단 기술에 의한 프로젝트의 효율성과 생산성을 LCC분석 (Life Cycle Cost)에 의해서 경제적 효익이 있는 지를 분석하였다. 본 연구 방법은 LCC 분석을 통하여 초기공사비용, 사용자 비용, 유지관리비용, 해체 비용 등의 분석을 통하여 경제적 효익을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기술개발 프로젝트 선정 시 다양한 분석 방법을 통해, 대규모 프로젝트 비용에 대한 효익을 발생시킬 수 있는 방법을 선정할 수 있는 기준이 되길 바란다.

It does not apply a decision-Making technique about the infrastructure facility enterprise that will be able to judge overview. It enforced the construction enterprise to investigated only the initially invested expense It brought the result which diminishes a productivity and an efficient characteristic in like this technical development project.
