세무회계관련학과 학생의 만족도 및 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on Factors Affecting Satisfaction and Scholastic Achievements of the University Students Attending a Tax Accounting－Related Department

본 연구는 세무회계관련학과에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 대학 및 전공에 대한 만족도를 조사하고, 만족도 및 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 대학 생활환경요인을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 변화하는 교육환경에 보다 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 학과정책을 위한 제안을 하고자 하였다. 자료 분석 결과 6가지 대학 생활환경 요인(학업지도 요인, 교육시설 요인, 학업외지도 요인, 사회적요인, 심리적요인, 교우관계요인) 중 학업지도 요인, 교육시설 요인, 학업외지도 요인, 사회적 요인, 심리적 요인은 대학 및 학과에 대한 만족도에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업외지도 요인과 심리적 요인은 재학생들의 학업성취도에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을, 사회적 요인은 유의한 부(－)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과는 세무회계관련학과 학생들이 소속 대학과 전공에 대한 만족도 및 학업성취도를 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 요인을 제시함으로써 세무회계관련학과의 향후 학과방침 수립에 기여할 것 으로 기대된다.

This study, targeting on the university students attending a tax accounting－related department, investigated their satisfaction with their universities and majors and analyzed life environmental－factors of their universities affecting their satisfaction and scholastic achievements. Through such investigation, this study was intended to make a proposal for scholastic policies able to cope effectively with changing educational environment. As a result of the materials, it was found that the schoolwork guidance factor, educationalenvironment factor, non－schoolwork guidance factor, social factor and psychological factor among six university life environmental－factors (a schoolwork guidance factor, an educationalenvironment factor, a non－schoolwork guidance factor, a social factor, a psychological factor and a friend relation factor) have a positive(＋) effect on their satisfaction with their universities and departments, and the non－schoolwork factor and psychological factor have a positive(＋) effect, and the social factor has a profitable negative(－) effect, on the scholastic achievement of university students. Above study results are expected to contribute to establishment of schoolwork policies of a tax accounting－related department by proposing various factors able to increase the satisfaction of students attending a tax accounting－related department with their universities and majors as well as their scholastic achievement.
