The Influence of Capability of e－Learning Practicing and Personal Computer Systems on Adoption of e－Learning

대학에서 e－러닝 코스는 중요한 정규 코스로 자리매김 하였다. 오늘날 대학의 행정 당국은 대학 자체의 e－러닝 프로그램을 운영하고 있고, 일부에서는 e－러닝 기관 연합을 통해 학생들에게 e－러닝 수업을 제공하고 있다. e－러닝 수업은 학생들이 가정에서 수업 수강이 이루어지므로, 학생들은 개인의 시스템을 이용하게 된다. 학생들은 e－러닝 수강에 있어 e－러닝 수업의 진행과정과 수업체계의 이해 역량은 매우 중요하다. 그렇기 때문에 e－러닝 시스템의 역량과 학생들의 활용 능력은 매우 중요한 연구 주제중 하나이다. 현재, 기술수용모델을 이용한 다양한 e－러닝 수용에 대한 연구가 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 수정해 컴퓨터 시스템 역량과 e－러닝 활용 역량 변수를 추가하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 e－러닝 수용에 있어 이용 용이성과 유용성은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 태도는 e－러닝 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 컴퓨터 시스템 역량은 e－러닝 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, e－러닝 활용 역량은 e－러닝 수용에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 학생들의 효과적인 e－러닝 수용 확산에 유용한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것이다.

The e－learning courses in university level has become an important regular courses. Today, university administrate office may open their own e－learning courses. Union institution of an online e－learning also offer to student e－learning courses. E－learning courses for students learning primarily takes place at home. Therefore, students use the personal computer system. It is important to students understanding capability for e－learning course design and process. The study of e－learning capacity in systems and practice for the spread of e－learning is one of the important research areas. Now, many e－learning research using and applying Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was done. In this study, we modified and applied TAM with practice capability and computer systems capability. The empirical results showed that easy of use and usefulness affected attitude, and attitude affected intention to adoption of e－learning. And computer systems capability has a significant direct effect on intention to adoption of e－learning, while practice capability of e－learning didn t affect the intention to adoption. The results indicate the importance of computer systems capability on adopting e－learning. The results of this study will provide useful implications to adopt student s e－learning more effective e－learning acceptance.
