This study is to analyze the influence of confidence of employees below sector head to seniors on the organization commitment and royalty through factor analysis and correlation analysis. The result is as follows: The factor analysis shows that confidence, royalty, and organization commitment were estimated as the three main factors. and the result of correlation analysis on reliable factors, royalty and organization commitment is that the reliability of royalty and organization commitment appears meaningful in statistics, on the other hand, the reliability between two factors isn t meaningful. The situation of actual survey caused the number of the participants in this study to be limited to 50. Accordingly, the number seems not to be enough to represent the whole group of subjects, and the result of this research has some problem of generalization. In addition, although we sampled the factors of confidence, royalty, and organization commitment about the questionaire analysis, the more sophisticated result can t be extracted because there s no analysis on the influence of confidence and royalty on organization accomplishment. Therefore, if the study of the cause of organization accomplishment is done on the basis of the research on the concepts and relationship of each factor, we will be able to produce the more sophisticated model. Based on the result of this study, we suggest the method to extract the higher royalty and commitment of the members of organization. Firstly, partnership between and concern for the employees should have priority over others. The organization has to establish organizational culture to regard employees as the precious management property and take employees into consideration. Secondly, it is desirable to create environment for employees to feel happy with their jobs, providing a variety of programs with which they enjoy their works more than salaries and working conditions. Thirdly, the firm should consistantly keep a good environment and welfare benefits and services for work and life in harmony. Fouthly, the firm should have interest in supporting the career development and self-initiated study of workers. Finally, the firm should make the workers encouraged to have self-esteem and do their best.
