AHP분석을 활용한 중소제조기업의 아웃소싱 파트너선정 중요 요인 도출에 관한 연구

A Study on Critical Factors for Outsourcing Partner Selection of Small & Medium Manufacturers using the AHP Analysis

본 연구에서는 중소제조기업의 아웃소싱 파트너 선정요인들을 재분류 및 구조화하고 개별적인 선정요인들의 영향력을 계량화하여 요인들 간의 중요도를 규명하였다. 자료 분석 결과를 보면, 평가영역 간의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위는 상위계층 요인의 경우 기업역량이 가장 높았으며 그 다음에 고객요인, 재무적요인의 순으로 나타났으며, 하위계층 요인의 경우 최고 경영자 비젼이 가장 높았으며 그 다음은 품질성과, 인적자원역량의 순으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 선정 중요요인에 대한 제조부분과 회계부분별로 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위는 상위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문과 회계부문 모두 기업역량이 가장 높았으며, 그 다음에 고객요인, 재무적요인 순으로 나타났으며 하위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문은 최고 경영자 비젼, 품질 성과, 인적자원 역량 순이며, 회계부문은 인적자원 역량, 최고 경영자 비젼, 품질성과 순위며, 하위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문과 회계부문의 우선순위에서 차이점이 있다는 결과를 알게 되었다. 중소제조기업이 아웃소싱 파트너 선정 시 고려할 요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위에 따라 아웃소싱업체를 선정한다면 시행착오를 최소화하고 핵심역량에 집중할 것이며, 아웃소싱에 대한 이해의 폭과 통찰력을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents reclassification and structuralized selection criteria of SMEs on their outsourcing partners, quantifies the effects of individual selection criteria, and investigates the importance amongst these factors. While corporate competence has exhibited the highest score on relative importance and priority, followed by client factors and financial factors, in the upper layer, the CEO’s vision has shown the highest result, followed by qualities and human resources (competence), in the lower layer. In terms of relative importance and priority in manufacturing and accounting sectors on selection criteria, corporate competence has proved to be the highest for both manufacturing and accounting sectors in the upper layer, followed by client factors and financial factors; for the lower layer, the CEO’s vision, followed by qualities and human resources (competence), has scored the highest in manufacturing, while human resources (competence) has been rated the highest in accounting, followed by the CEO’s vision and qualities. The study has also demonstrated the different priorities in manufacturing and accounting sectors in the lower layer. Small and medium manufacturers may be able to minimize errors, focus on the core competence, and improve their understanding of and insights on outsourcing if they select their outsourcing partners according to the relative importance and priority of selection criteria.
