협업 동기와 파트너십 결속 정도, 협업사업의 몰입도와 협업사업 성과간의 관련성에 관한 사례연구

The Case Study on the Relationships among Motives, Degree of Cohesion, Commitment and Performance of Collaboration between Firms

본 연구는 협업 우수 사례기업에 대한 분석을 통하여 협업의 가치를 설명하고, 실제 현장에서 강조되는 기업 간 협업의 중요한 요인들과 그 요인들 간의 관계성을 확인하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 협업의 동기는 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인터뷰를 통한 심층 분석에 의하면 유망한 협업 아이템, 협업사업과 기업전략의 적합성, 파트너와의 적합성 등과 같은 동기요인이 최고 경영자의 몰입에 영향을 미치고, 최고 경영자의 관심이나 참여의지는 직원들의 참여 의지와 우수 인력의 배치, 여유 자원의 우선 할당 등으로 사업의 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 파트너십 결속 정도는 협업사업의 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 협업 수행에서 파트너십 결속 정도는 파트너의 신뢰성, 비전·목표 공유, 규정·계약서의 명확성 등 상호 관계성을 높여 사업의 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 협업사업의 몰입은 협업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 협업사업의 몰입도는 최고경영자의 관심, 협업 프로젝트 리더의 지위, 해당부서의 자율성, 협업사업에 대한 조정 및 통제활동 등에 영향을 줌으로 당초 설정한 목표나 간접적인 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 사례연구를 통하여 각 변수들 간의 관련성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 각 변수들이 협업성과에 미치는 영향력과 그에 따른 중요성을 부분적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 동시에 협업사업 각 요인들이 성과에 영향을 주는 경로에 대하여 심층조사를 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 실제 사례를 바탕으로 실무진과의 인터뷰를 통하여 현장에서 발생하는 주요 사안들에 주안점을 두고 시사점들을 도출하였다는 점에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있겠다.

Following study gives guidelines to the companies which look for a way to collaborate with the others by researching the relationships among motives, degree of cohesion of partnership, commitment and performance of collaboration between firms through analyzing outstanding and successful collaborative companies. This study finds out that motives of collaboration brings positive outcomes on commitment. This means CEO of company needs some elements, such as attractive product of collaboration project prospective collaboration items, fitness with suitable partner, fitness between the project and business strategy, to be absorbed in their work, so it influences the commitment of CEO to the project. And such commitment of CEO lead to other commitment factors of company such as investment, allocation of employee of high level to the project. Second, the degree of cohesion of partnership seems to have a positive effect on commitment of firm. The degree of cohesion of partnership constitutes of reliability of the partner, sharing of objectives/visions with partner, clear relationship with partner(like contract). These factors have effects on the mutual relationship, and also influences the commitment of the firm. Third, it seems that commitment has positive effects on performance of collaboration project Through this research, we can find out the associations between major variables, and identify the effects of major variables on the performance of collaboration, figure out structural relationship or paths which major variables give effects on the performance of collaboration. We expect these findings help improve the research in this field in terms of academic area and have meanings in that the study produces major implications for practitioners because the findings are based on the opinions of real field
