프로젝트 접근법 활용 유아 창의성교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과

The Effect and Development of childrens Creative Program Using the Project Approach Program

본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성을 검증하는데 있다. 유아 창의성교육 프로그램은 일차적으로 문헌고찰, 누리과정 지도서 분석, 현장교사의 요구도 파악을 통해 시안을 구성하고 전문가 적절성 검토를 통해 최종 프로그램을 구성하였다. 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램의 목표는 유아의 창의성 증진과 문제해결력 함양에 있으며, 교육내용은 생활주제와 유아의 생활과 흥미에 근거하여 ‘다리’, ‘야구’, ‘물 사랑’, ‘세종대왕’의 4개 주제, 총 32개의 활동을 선정하였다. 교수학습방법은 대소집단활동 및 실외활동, 자유선택활동을 통해 프로그램이 실시되었고, 유아주도형 학습, 그리고 창의성 기법을 활용하여 토의 중심으로 진행하도록 구성하였다. 평가방법은 프로그램 진행 과정에서 유아들의 반응에 대한 관찰, 활동목표와 내용, 교수학습방법 등에 대한 전체적인 과정에 대한 평가가 이루어지도록 구성되었다. 이렇게 구성된 프로그램을 부산 S유치원의 만 5세 유아 각각 20명을 실험집단과 비교집단으로 선정하여 프로그램을 실시하고 효과성을 검증한 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램은 유아의 창의성을 증진시키는데 긍정적인 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다.
