온실(비닐하우스)보험의 요율산정 알고리즘 운영방안

Management Plan of Greenhouse(Vinylhouse) Insurance Rate Making Algorithm

온실보험의 위험도는 온실이 위치하고 있는 지역에 따라 크게 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 현행 온실보험 요율은 하나의 시·군·구를 하나의 요율산정단위로 적용하고 있어 지역별 위험도에 따른 합리적인 보험요율 차별화가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보험목적물(온실)이 위치하고 있는 지역의 위험도에 따라 보험요율을 합리적으로 차별화 할 수 있는 온실(비닐하우스)보험의 등급별 요율산정 알고리즘 운영방안을 제안하였다. 동시에 동 알고리즘에 따라 경상북도 안동시를 포함한 7개 시·군·구에 대한 등급별 요율을 산정함으로써 동 알고리즘이 232개 시·군·구 각각에 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

Even though the risk of greenhouse insurance differs among regions where greenhouses are located, the current rating system does not provide a resonable discriminatory rate since all regions including cities, towns and villages are measured as one unit by one single rating, without considering regional hazard. Therefore, this study suggests a management plan of greenhouse(vinylhouse) insurance rate making algorithm that enables to differentiate premium rates reasonably by risk of regions where insurance objects(greenhouse) are located. In addition, as the algorithm is applied to seven cities, towns and villages including Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do to calculate insurance rate by levels the research proves the algorithm is applicable to 232 different cities, towns and villages.
