전문대학생의 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 취업스트레스와 대인관계문제의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Job-seeking Stress and Interpersonal Problems between Adult Attachment and Smartphone Addiction of College Students

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문대학생의 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에 취업스트레스와 대인관계문제의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 K 대학교 학생 278명을 대상으로 성인애착, 스마트폰 중독, 취업스트레스, 대인관계문제 검사를 실시하였다. 성인애착, 스마트폰 중독, 취업스트레스, 대인관계문제를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 취업스트레스와 대인관계문제의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과 본 연구의 조절된 매개모형은 자료에 적합하였고 조절된 매개효과는 일부 지지되었다. 첫째, 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독, 취업스트레스와 대인관계문제는 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 취업스트레스는 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독사이에서 부분 매개하였다. 셋째, 대인관계문제는 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독 사이에서 부분 매개하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학생들을 위한 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착, 취업스트레스, 대인관계문제와 관련한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다

The purpose of this study was to determine ways through which adult attachment affects smartphone addiction, that is, the mediating effects of job-seeking stress and interpersonal problem between adult attachment and smartphone addiction of college students. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, The subject were 278 students from college students located in Busan. The college data were of analyzed with SPSS 26.0 program. The measurement scales included Multi-item Measure of smartphone addiction Scale, adult attachment Scale, job-seeking stress Scale and interpersonal problems Scale. The collected data were analyzed by correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, adult attachment, smartphone addiction, job-seeking stress and interpersonal problems have a significantly positive correlations. Second, there is partial mediation effect of job-seeking stress between adult attachment and smartphone addiction. Three, There is partial mediation effect of interpersonal problems between adult attachment and smartphone addiction. These results suggest that smartphone addiction of college students can help counselors understand clients who appeal their smartphone addiction.
