대학교육 만족도 측정지표 개발에 관한 연구 -신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 중심으로-

Study for Developing University Education Satisfaction Index -Focus on Reliability and Validity-

교육환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 대학은 구성원이자 서비스 수혜자인 학생들에게 보다 체계 적이고 양질의 서비스를 제공하고, 이를 통해 학과와 학교에 대한 이들의 만족도 향상을 추구하는 방향으로 대학정책을 전환하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이러한 학생들의 만족도 인식을 측정하기 위해 사용될 중요한 수단인 평가지표(설문문항)의 개발 및 검증연구가 미흡한 실정이 다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ‘교육과정 만족’,‘교수지도 만족’,‘네트워크 만족’,‘인프라 만족’ 4개 영역에서 33문항을 개발하여 진단지표의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하였다. 각각의 Construct에 대한 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석(집중타당성, 판별타당성, 법칙타당성)에서 모두 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다.

As the Educational environment is changing rapidly, universities orient to support systemized and qualified education service to students. And also, with these effort, they focus on university policy based on students satisfaction. However, given the importance of the subject, few studies have examined to develop and test satisfaction index. So, we developed 33 questionaries in 4 areas Education satisfaction , teaching and advising satisfaction , network satisfaction , infra satisfaction to test reliability and validity of index. The result shows that CFA and validity analysis(convergent validity, discriminant validity, nomological validity) meet the requirements.
