Casino gaming recently has regarded as a kind of leisure activity with positive images in many people. With this improvement, the objective of this study is to examine the game durability and self-determination of casino slot jackpot special experienced person. Using a snowball sampling technique, this study finally could interview four slot jackpot experienced person. By in-depth interview with them, this study provides a practical implication to casino marketing department to improve their revenue and to maintain their precious customers. In conventional wisdom, this study found that the person who has a special experience on slot with a flat tops jackpot, he/she didn t remain to play a game. As they got to the jackpot, they had the experience under consideration of a social norms & their social position first. This study found that the interviewers spent their winning lucky sum of amounts in having a dining experience or shopping with their partners, friends and family rather than remaining to play more. The results show that all interviewers thought of the casino games as a leisure activity which has a fun & entertainment, and as a partial of their trip if it is possible. Thus, the results suggest that the casino gaming need to provide beyond games for their valuable customers, which means the casino leisure complex.
