기혼남녀가 지각한 부모와의 심리적 독립과 성역할 정체감 유형이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향

The study of Psychological independence, Identity type of gender roles and Marital Satisfaction on married men and women

본 연구는 결혼생활에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 부모와의 심리적 독립과 성역할 정체감에 따른 결혼만족도 관련 요인을 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 194명의 기혼남녀를 대상으로 부모와의 심리적 독립, 성역할 정체감, 결혼만족도를 측정하였으며 연구결과는 첫째, 성별에 따른 심리적 독립수준, 성역할 정체감유형, 결혼만족도는 차이가 있었으며 특히 심리적 독립 중 정서적 독립과 태도적 독립이 남성에 비해 여성이 높게 나타났으며, 성역할 정체감 유형은 남녀 모두 양성성 유형이, 결혼만족도에서는 남성이 여성에 비해 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 독립, 성역할 정체감 유형, 결혼만족도 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 심리적 독립 및 성역할 정체감 유형은 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기혼남녀의 결혼만족에는 부모와의 심리적 독립과 성역할 정체감이 중요한 역할을 하는 변인임을 확인했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중·장년기 부부교육과 부모교육에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to marital satisfaction according to the psychological independence and identity of gender roles. The subjects were 194 married men and women. The subjects completed socio-demographic factors questionnaire, marital satisfaction according to the psychological independence and identity of gender roles scale. Data analysis results in three major findings. First, according to gender, marital satisfaction according to the psychological independence and identity of gender roles was different. Second, marital satisfaction, psychological independence and identity of gender roles are correlated to each other. Third, psychological Independence and psychological gender role identity types was found to affect the marital satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
