보건의료방재 대학생의 외상경험고통, 대처방식, 자아탄력성, 사회적지지 및 외상 후 성장에 관한 연구

A Study on Traumatic Experience Suffering, Coping Strategy, Ego-Resilience, Social Support and Post-Traumatic Growth in College Students

본 연구는 횡단적 자료를 이용하여 대학생의 외상경험고통, 대처방식, 자아탄력성 및 사회적지지가 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자 선정 기준은 자료수집 당시, 재학 중인 남·녀 대학생으로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고, 연구 참여에 동의한 자로 외상경험 당시의 고통점수가 보통(4점) 이상인 자로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2016년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였으며, 서술통계, 피어슨 상관관계, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 외상 후 성장 정도는 1 ~ 6점까지의 범위 중 평균평점 4.02점이었다. 대상자의 외상 후 성장은 대처방식, 요인별로는 사회적지지 추구와 문제해결중심 대처, 자아탄력성 및 사회적지지와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대상자의 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 최종 변수는 문제해결중심 대처, 자아탄력성 및 사회적지지로 나타났다. 이들 3개의 변수는 외상 후 성장 전체변이의 32%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적지지가 대학생의 외상 후 성장에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 외상경험이 있는 대학생들에게 긍정적 인지 행동의 변화를 통해 외상 후 성장을 도모할 수 있도록 그 영향 요인을 확인함으로써 간호중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 이론적 기틀을 제공 할 수 있고, 나아가 간호연구 및 실무 발전에 기여할 것이다.

This study was conducted to identify the relationship of traumatic experience suffering, coping strategy, ego-resilience, social support and post-traumatic growth and to investigate the main factors influencing post-traumatic growth in college students. The research design was a descriptive survey design using a convenience sampling. Participants were 124 college students who were recruited from June to July 2016. Data analysis was done using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. The mean score of the post-traumatic growth was 4.02. There were significant correlations between coping strategy, ego-resilience, social support and post-traumatic growth. Problem solving coping strategy, ego-resilience, and social support were significant predictors explaining 32% of the variance in post-traumatic growth. The results indicate that these factors influencing post-traumatic growth should be considered when developing nursing interventions to improve post-traumatic growth for college students.
