In modem society which change every menoiit, the role of information has been increasing in various field.In particularity, Information interchange of companys play an important part in business, Information interchange of companys takes place as form typical document exchange mostly. In shape of typical document exchange, there are many problems in accuracy and rapidity. To solve of these problem, this paper suggests Importation of EDI(Electronic Data Interchange). Office Automation between companys will come true not through accept information with reprocessing but through accept directly with EDI. With suggestion of EDI, this paper shows efficiency of EDI method with a number of instances and discuss about detail procedure of EDI importation. Through these discussion, this paper has a goal which is indicate that companys have to import EDI for Office Automation. For a study on the EDI Importation for efficient Office Automation, We controvert the point at issue. Most of all, this article defines EDI s concept and discusses difference of E-mail and Fax. The second, this paper shows what will be changed after EDI importation in information flow. The thrid, this article argues on user of EDI importation and example. The forth, we discusses EDI standard, EDI S/W, EDI H /W and EDI Network.The fifth, this paper discusses points to be solve before EDI importation. The sixth, we discusses the step of EDi importation. Finally, this paper discuss the point of efficient arganization of EDI team.
