유럽교회 문헌 “새로운 유럽을 위한 새로운 성소자들 (Nuove vocazioni per una nuova Europa)”에 나타난 성소 교육방법론 고찰: 성소 식별을 중심으로

성소자 육성과 계발 그리고 이어지는 성소자 양성은 새로운 환경의 변화로부터 시대의 표징을 읽어내고 거기에 부응하는 적절한 교육방법적인 노력이 뒤따라야 한다. 이러한 여건으로부터 부르심을 느낀 이들이 자신이 처한 상황으로부터 하느님의 진정한 바람이 무엇이며 현시대에 필요한 삶의 모델이 무엇인지를 깨닫게 될 것이다. 따라서 본고는 한국교회의 미래의 일꾼들을 사목하고 양성하기 위한 방법론적 구상과 제안을 유럽교회의 사제 및 수도자 성소에 대한 회의를 거쳐 반포된 최종 문헌에 대한 고찰을 통해 조망하고 있다. 본질상 부르심인 교회는 인간적인 중재들을 통해 성소자들을 탄생시키고 교육하는 일을 행한다. 성소는 교회로부터 오는 것으로서 교회 안에서 올바로 인식되고 완성된다. 그러므로 성소자들은 자기 자신의 개인적인 조건을 내세우기보다 교회에 봉사하기 위하여 맡겨진 책임을 단순한 마음으로 따름으로써 자신의 성소를 받아들여야 한다. 이러한 부르심의 신비를 문헌에서는 복음의 성소적 구도 안에서 다섯 가지 형태로 언급한다. 성소의 좋은 씨앗을 뿌리는 것(seminare), 성소에 대한 열정적인 마음을 지니도록 동반하기(accompagnare), 하느님의 부르심을 듣고 신앙에로 이끌어주는 교육하기(educare), 하느님께서 원하시는 것에 응답하려는 신앙인으로서나 인간으로서 지녀야 하는 자세와 태도를 형성하는 양성하기(formare), 성령 으로부터 주어지는 선물의 현존을 식별하기(discernere)의 여정 안에서 성소는 싹을 틔우고 결실을 맺어가게 된다. 다섯 가지 형태는 하느님이 각 사람에게 행하시는 부르심의 신비를 드러내는 인간적이고 공동체적 중재의 영역이기도 하다. 최종 선택을 앞두고 성소 식별 과정에서 성소자들은 자유로이 하느님께 응답을 드리게 되므로 자연스럽게 그들이 자신의 성소를 탐색하고 성소에 대한 원의와 열망이 드러나도록 필요한 환경을 조성해주어야 한다. 부르심을 확인한 후에는 삶을 계획하고 하느님께 내어맡기려는 최종적인 선택에 이르도록 도와주어야 한다. 또한 부름을 받은 이들이 지닌 개별적인 성숙의 정도와 시기를 함께 고려하여 양성과 식별이 이루어져야 한다. 성소 탐색과 식별은 혼자서 저절로 배울 수 있는 성질의 것이 아니므로 안정적인 성소를 지니고 기도와 영성 생활의 경험이 풍부한 이들의 도움이 함께 할수 있도록 영적 지도자나 동반자들의 양성에도 관심을 기울여야 한다.

Fostering, developing and formation for the Holly Calling(Vocation) listener should read the sign of the changing world, and the adequate educational method to these new environments should be followed. Then the person who heard the Holy Calling under these given circumstances will come to understand God’s real wish and realize the necessary life model what is needed to this era. This study proposes and prospects methodical concept for formation of the future Korean priests, through examining the final proclaimed document of European priests and Holy Calling listeners. The Church itself is the Holy Calling listener in essence. The Church accomplished its role of birth and education of the Holy Calling listeners by human arbitrations. The Holy Calling comes from the Church; it is recognized and accomplished in the Church. So, the Holy Calling listeners take it with pure mind, not advocate personal circumstances but adopt given responsibilities to serve the Church. Such a mystery of the Holy Calling is mentioned in the document into 5 forms in vocational composition of Gospel. Seminare; to sow good seeds of the Holy Calling. Accompagnare; to keep ardently this Holy Calling. Educare; to educate leading to faith after listening. Formare; to form right attitude to answer God’s wish as a believer and a person. Discernere; to discern the presence of gift from the Holy Spirit. Through this journey, the Holy Calling begins to sprout and bears fruits. These 5 forms are also the fields of human and community arbitrations, which reveal God’s mystery of each calling. Before making the final choice, the Holy Calling listener freely answer God. Naturally, creating adequate circumstance to search his original intention and showing fervent hope on his calling is needed. After confirming the Holy Calling, it is needed help him to prepare his life agenda. Then help him to make the final choice which surrenders his whole life to God. Formation and discernment should be considered upon each person’s maturity level and period. Searching and discernment process can’t be learned alone. It is also needed to concern about the formation of spiritual directors and accompanying leaders who lead stable, spiritual life with prayers and have lot of experiences to help the Holy Calling listeners. 65
