In this paper, it s discuss about AI that is expected to develop continuously in the future; under certain conditions, goes on the criminal law implications. Consider as the current technical level, AI is only a single computer program. Therefore, if any problem comes up, it will be that human activities by considering the judgment. There is not disability or the lack of criminal legislation. In relation to the AI s acts, to discuss legal and other new forms of criminal, it will be need as autonomous intelligent systems with strong determination. It is believed to have an absolute prerequisite which is visible. Thus, discussion about a criminal law relating to AI s criminal liability, there is enough to considering the current state of the technology of AI.
