기혼 유자녀 유아교사 대상 연구의 동향 분석

Research Trend on Infants’ Teachers with Children

본 연구는 현대사회 여성들의 경제 활동 증가와 그에 따른 정부의 일-가정 양립 지원을 위한 정책의 지원자인 동시에 수혜자이기도 한 기혼 유자녀 유아교사를 대상으로 한 연구들의 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기혼 유자녀 유아교사에 대한 24편의 논문을 대상으로 하였으며, 동향 분석에 관한 선행 연구를 토대로 연구 출처와 시기, 연구 내용, 연구 유형, 연구 대상, 자료 수집 방법, 자료 분석 방법을 분석 기준으로 사용하였고, 연구결과는 빈도와 비율로 산출되었다. 그 결과, 기혼 유자녀 유아교사에 관한 연구는 학위 논문이 학술지 논문보다 더 많이 발표되었으며, 2013년에 가장 많은 연구가 발표된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실태 조사에 관한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 질적 연구가 양적 연구보다 많이 발표된 것으로 나타났다. 기혼 유자녀 교사만을 대상으로 한 연구가 다른 연구들보다 많이 발표되었으며, 심층면담을 통한 자료 수집 방법이 가장 많이 사용되었고, 기초분석이 양적 연구의 자료 분석방법 중 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기혼 유자녀 유아교사 대상 연구의 동향 파악뿐 아니라 향후 유아교사들의 일-가정 양립지원을 위한 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

This research investigated the trend of researches on infants’teachers with children in Korea. This research analyzed the 24 dissertations and articles on infants’teachers with children. The results were that degree dissertations were completed more than articles, the greatest number of researches were carried out in 2013, actual condition survey was completed more than other contents, qualitative researches were completed more than quantitative researches, the study of infants’teachers with children was completed more than other participants category, the in-depth interviews were most common research method, the basic analysis was completed more than others.
