3교대 보육교사의 어려움 및 요구 탐색

3 shifts working child care center teacher’s difficulties and demands

다양한 육아 욕구의 보육 수요자를 위한 맞춤형 보육의 필요성이 강조됨에 따라 본 연구는 3교대 보육교사가 경험하는 어려움과 요구를 구체적으로 살펴서 향후 보육교사를 고려한 맞춤형 보육정책을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 3교대 보육교사의 어려움과 요구를 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 I어린이집 3명의 보육교사를 대상으로 사례 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과로서 3교대 보육교사는 일과 및 보육활동 운영, 교실의 공유, 동료 및 친지와의 교류, 재교육, 건강 문제 등으로 어려움을경험한 것으로 나타났고. 요구로는 3교대 근무 여건 변경, 보육교사 결원 시 원활한 교사 수급, 기숙사 관리비 및 통근수단 지원 및 처우 개선이었다.

The study have been researched to provide basic data for parent-oriented child care policy considering the difficulty and demands of child care center teachers by 3 shifts working. For study in depth about the difficulties and demands of the child care center teachers working 3 shifts, case study was conducted for three teachers. According to the results, teachers working in 3 shifts had difficulties on arrangement daily task and child activities, sharing classrooms space, interacting with colleague and relatives and teacher retraining, also having health problems. The requirements of teachers were change of working in 3 shifts, rapidly supplement in vacancy of the teachers, supporting of dormitory maintenance cost and various transportation, and having improvement of teacher pay.
