This study aims to explore on victim experience about investigation procedures of violent crime. For this aims, 11 victims who had experienced violent crime received depth interview. In the results, all participations reported that the procedures had very harmful, unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unjustice. Noteworthy, there were wide variations in victim experiences. Someone was very satisfied and helpful for psychological recover, but the other suffered from inappropriate investigation circumstance and unfair, neglectful, and disregarded attitude of the police in charge. These results suggests that investigation procedures of violent crime are still not protective for victim. Finally, the implications of these results as well as limitation of this study and protections are discussed.
