This study is committed to clarify the teachers efficacy and its role. And to identify how the teacher of practical arts education feels efficacy and how it work to the effort and eventually impacts the job satisfaction of teacher. This study was conducted through literature review and social survey with questionnaire. To test each measures predictive utility in this context with AMOS. The data were selected from 224 teachers of elementary schools located in Busan and Kyungnam. Date were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and AMOS. As the results, teachers efficacy was major factor to influence on the effort of teachers. Also, the effort was major determinant to influence on the job satisfaction. And personal teacher efficacy was major to influence on the job satisfaction, while general teacher efficacy was not to influence on the job satisfaction.
