제7차 교육과정과 교과서의 “가족” 분석

The Contents Analysis of Family in the 7th Elementary Curriculum and Textbook: focused on Countermeasures against Low-Birth and Aging in Korean Society

This paper is intended as an analysis of the contents on family in the elementary curriculum and textbook. Since the industrial age began, we have been facing very radical changes in our family relationship and traditional value. Today the concern with normal family is dominantly reflected in curriculum and textbooks, even though it has been proposed that the normal family is not appropriate to explain family of modern society. The family of modern society is a very various and flexible. The textbook of Moral Education, Social Studies, and Practical Arts Education was based on the 7th curriculum. But, the 7th curriculum was revised, we will write the new textbook in Moral Education, Social Studies, a and Practical Arts Education. In this article, we analyzed the textbook based on the view of “the normal family in the Moral Education, Social Studies, and Practical Arts Education curriculum and textbooks using the frequency analysis and the contents analysis. The proposed new Moral Education, Social Studies and Practicals Arts Education curriculum and textbook would be reflect the various family in which supports healthy individual, family and society by approaching actively to the concrete issues in the low-birth and aging society.
