The purpose of this study is to analyze on the effect of the plants education on the career attitude maturity of the elementary school students. To achieve the purpose of this study, the concept of the plants education, career attitude maturity and career development of elementary school students were explored. Data, total of 133 elementary school students including 67 experimental group members and 66 control group members, were collected to measure the career attitude maturity. T-test was utilized to analyze the data. The results of this study were as follows: First, plants education to elementary school students had a significant positive impact to career attitude maturity. The results of pretest-posttest to experimental group and control group were that average grade of experimental group s posttest was higher than pretest significantly. But, average grade of control group s posttest was similar to pretest. Second, independent level, sub-factor of career attitude maturity was highly influenced by plants education.
