정기선사의 Transit Time 변화요인이 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Influence of Shipping Service Quality changed by Transit Time of Container Shipping Company

본 연구에서는 컨테이너 정기선 선사 서비스의 Transit Time 변화 현황과 그 요인이 서비스 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 사례 분석을 통해 Transit Time 의 변화를 확인하였으며, 이러한 변화 요인이 Slow Steam을 통한 선박의 추가 투입 및 항로 재편으로 나타나고 있는 것을 파악하였다. 변화 요인 중 화주의 정기선사의 서비스 신뢰성에 어떠한 주고 있는지 분석한 결과, 정기 선사의 서비스 Transit Time 변화 요인 중 비용요인과 네트워크 요인에 대해 화주가 정기선 사에 가지는 서비스 신뢰성에 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러한 이유로는 비용요인과 네트워크 요인에 대한 내용이 화주에게 직접적인 영향을 주기 때문인 것으로 파악된다.

Purpose : The study analyzed the effects of the liner shipping company’s Service Transit Time Change. And the Service Transit Time Change impact on the operational service reliability of the liner shipping service. Research design, data, methodology : This study was conducted through case analysis and empirical analysis. Results : Through analyzing the case analysis, we identified the changes in Time Transit and identified these changes as additional inputs and routes through Slow Steam. As a result of the analysis, it is also affecting the service reliability factor of the service provider and the service reliability factor for the network factor. Conclusions : This paper is understood that the cost factor and the contents of the network are directly influenced by the owners.
